Room 20 strongly believes on healthy eating. Students think it is the key to a longer life. In other words, good health is an asset, so they say.

In connection with this topic, the class has discussed the basic food groups. These included the nutrients found in healthy food such as calcium, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, proteins and many more. Students made some relevant projects and activities such as recipe and poetry writings, food chart and poster making. Highlight was on healthy sandwich and drink preparations.
